Write
Create a key on My stories and send it as Authorization: Bearer rmr_.... A key can create drafts, attach proofs and propose stage changes. It can't publish: a person confirms in a browser.

Money
Amounts are integer US cents. Net saved is per month: the low end pairs the smallest old bill with the largest running cost.
Limits
100 calls a day per key, and 5 new stories a day per account, IP and key.
